For online nutrition & fitness coaches

Sunday night.
Eighteen check-ins.
Already drafted.

Coachie reads what your clients logged all week — every meal, every session, every weigh-in — and writes their check-in for you. You edit it. You send it. It goes out under your name.

That is Sunday. The other six days you are writing their training and meal plans, setting their targets and invoicing them — same dashboard.

Dana — eleven weeks in and this was your cleanest one yet. Seven of seven logged, protein averaging 158g against a 155g target, all four sessions done. That is not luck at this point, that is a habit.

Down 1.4 lb this week and 4.6 lb over the last four. That pace is right where I want it — fast enough to feel, slow enough to keep. Do not chase more.

One adjustment. Your Thursday and Friday intake ran about 300 kcal under target both weeks this block. I would rather you eat those calories than bank them…

You became a coach to coach. Not to type.

Reviewing a week of logs, spotting what changed, and turning it into something worth reading takes 15 to 20 minutes a client. Multiply it by a full roster and it eats your Sunday — every Sunday.

So most coaches do one of two things. They cap their roster to protect their weekend, or they start sending check-ins that read like a template. One costs money. The other costs clients.

There is a third option: stop writing them from scratch.

How it works

Three steps, and you only do the last one.

STEP ONE · ALL WEEK

Your client logs in Coachie

Meals, workouts, weight, sleep. The same food-logging app they would have used anyway — barcode scanner, photo logging, the full food database. You send one link to get them started.

STEP TWO · SUNDAY 9PM

Coachie drafts the check-in

It reads the whole week — adherence, protein, session count, weight trend, the days they went quiet — and writes a check-in about that client. Specific numbers, specific patterns. Not a template with names swapped in.

STEP THREE · MONDAY, 5 MIN

You read, edit, send

Open your roster, work down the list. Change what you want to change — it is your voice and your call. Hit send and it lands in their app as a message from you.

What stays yours

The draft is a starting point, not a decision.

Nothing sends itself

Every check-in waits for you. There is no auto-send, no scheduled delivery, no setting that turns it on. If you do not press send, your client does not hear from us.

It is your name on it

Clients see a message from you, in your app, in your voice. Coachie is not mentioned. Your client is not told a draft was involved — because by the time you send it, it is yours.

Your client controls the data

They choose what to share when they accept your invite — nutrition, workouts, weight, sleep, each one separately. They can change it or cut you off at any time, from their settings.

You never see everything

Their private messages, their circles, and their conversations with the in-app AI coach are never visible to you. Not in any plan, not on request. That boundary is why clients accept.

The rest of it

The check-in is Sunday. The dashboard is the other six days.

Training & meal plans

Write a plan yourself, week by week — sets, reps, equipment, notes — or have one generated from what the client has actually been logging. The meal plan needs nothing from you: it is built from their profile, their goals and their real intake. The training plan asks where they train, what equipment they have and how often.

Targets that reach them

Set calories, protein, carbs, fat, water, steps and sleep. They appear in your client’s own app alongside what they logged, and come back to your dashboard as a straight answer to whether they hit them.

Tasks, not just messages

Send “log tomorrow’s breakfast” and it opens the food logger for them. Meals, workouts, weight, water, sleep, measurements and progress photos — one tap from your message to the screen that captures it.

Groups

Put your clients in a cohort and message them all at once. Broadcast-only — members never see who else is in the group, so a challenge or a check-in reminder does not turn into a group chat you have to moderate.

Getting paid

Invoice clients through your own Stripe account. The money goes to you directly — Coachie never holds it and takes no cut of what you charge.

A page to be found on

Your own public coach page — bio, specialities, services and testimonials you approve one by one — with an application form that drops straight into your dashboard.

The whole picture

Weight and body-composition trends, progress photos, micronutrients, sleep stages and adherence against every target you set — for the parts of it your client chose to share.

Pricing

From $5 per client, per month.

$5 each for your first 20 clients, $4 up to 40, $3 after that — so growing your roster costs less per client, not more. Your clients pay nothing at all: their Coachie Pro is covered by your seat.

Compare what the whole relationship costs, not just your licence. On most platforms the food logging your client actually uses is either an add-on you pay for or an app they pay for. Here it is the same app, and it is already included.

Why your clients say yes

Your client is never charged. Not once, not for anything.

Your client is already paying you. Asking them to also buy software is a conversation nobody wants to have — so we do not make you have it.

When they accept your invite they get the full paid version of Coachie at no cost, for as long as you coach them: AI meal suggestions, unlimited logging, the full food database, progress tracking. It is a perk you hand them, not a bill you pass on.

They never enter a card, never hit a paywall, and never have to cancel anything. There is no subscription in their name to forget about — which means the app you asked them to install can never turn into a charge they blame you for.

Straight answers

Questions coaches actually ask.

Is this going to replace me?
No, and if it could we would not be selling it to you. It does the reading — the part where you scroll a week of food logs trying to remember what changed since last Tuesday. The judgment, the relationship, and the actual decision about what this client needs next are still entirely yours. It writes a first draft. You are the coach.
What if the draft does not sound like me?
Then you change it, and that takes a minute instead of twenty. Most coaches keep the structure and rewrite a line or two. Over time the drafts learn your patterns from what you keep and what you cut.
What happens when a client stops logging?
You get flagged before Sunday, not after. And the draft changes — a client with one day logged gets a re-engagement message, not a performance review written from data that does not exist. Thin weeks are the ones that matter most, so we handle them differently on purpose.
Is it only check-ins?
No — that is just the part that saves the most time, so it is what we lead with. The dashboard also builds training and meal plans, sets the targets your client sees in their own app, sends them tasks that open the right logging screen, groups clients into cohorts you can message at once, and invoices them through your own Stripe. The full list is here.
Do my clients have to switch apps?
They need Coachie, yes. It is a full food and training logger — barcode scanning, photo logging, a complete food database, plus Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Strava sync. For most clients it replaces what they were already using, and it is free to them.
What does my client have to cancel when we stop working together?
Nothing. They never had a subscription — you did. When the connection ends their Pro features stop after a short grace period and the app drops to the free tier, but there is no card of theirs on file, no billing page for them to hunt through, and no charge that can quietly keep running.

This matters more than it sounds. Getting stuck paying for an app a coach told them to install is one of the most common complaints clients have about coaching software, and it lands on the coach who recommended it. It cannot happen here.
What happens to my client’s data if I stop paying?
They keep all of it. A failed payment costs you the dashboard, not their history — we do not delete logs, revoke their consent records, or touch anything they entered. You get a week to sort the card out, and your clients notice nothing.
Can I see everything my client does?
No. They pick what to share, category by category, and can revoke it whenever they want. Their private messages and their AI coach conversations are never visible to you in any plan. We are strict about this because a client who feels surveilled stops logging, and then neither of us has anything to work with.
What if I only have four clients?
Then it is $50 a month, which is our floor. Honestly, at four clients the time you save may not justify it yet — the maths starts working around ten. We would rather tell you that now than churn you in month two.
